This platform in its social networking functions is entirely decentralized, so we do not hold your data and there is no one who can somehow use it. Our advertising is also without data profiling, so when you see an advertisement, at the same time everyone is viewing it, even non-target users.
Risk Awareness
369x is a De.Fi. platform; therefore, it is not governed by any centralized entity, be it a company or a group of individuals.
The user declares to understand the speculative nature of this kind of activity and the risks of losing part of or all the capital in cryptocurrency.
The user declares to understand the risks related to eventual hacker attacks, disruptions related to technology and other factors not attributable to 369x, on which the user cannot claim any compensation.
Launchpad, fundraising and IDO
Anyone can launch their own project through our Launchpad if it passes the basic requirements of our selection.
By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to indemnify us against any damage, loss or missed opportunity arising from your participation in any Launchpad you have accessed on 369x.
All forms of capital raising activities in fiat currencies (real world currencies) are prohibited on 369x and the assets traded on 369x are Utility Tokens only. Payment Tokens and Security Tokens are therefore strictly excluded as objects of speculation on 369x.
Trading, Staking, Liquidity Pool and Reward Activities
On 369x all reward and speculative activity is subject to risk, by accepting our terms and conditions you agree to indemnify us against any loss, economic loss and you represent that you are willing to lose all capital.
You further understand that 369xbeing decentralized in nature, does not hold or receive your crypto funds and therefore is not responsible or subject to any legal attack whenever you send your funds to other wallets or other Smart Contracts.
The user declares to be willing to lose the tokens or cryptocurrencies he/she has decided to invest in 369x given the unregulated market conditions and the highly speculative nature of decentralized markets.
NFT Marketplace
369x is a fully decentralized NFT Marketplace so by accepting our terms and conditions you agree to release us from any legal liability for copyright infringement by other users or organizations
Both creators and buyers by accepting our terms and conditions agree to indemnify 369x from any damage or loss received from the purchase of NFT on the platform.
Referral Program policy
The user declares to take responsibility for his/her own referrals and to warn his/her referrals of the risks related to the use of the 369x platform and compel them to read the Terms and Conditions herein contained before taking any action on 369x.
Each user who participates in 369x activities, by accepting our Terms and Conditions, agrees to release his or her Sponsor from any liability related to his or her own use of the platform and from any damage or loss.
Severability
If any particular term, covenant, or provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability thereof will not affect the remaining provisions of this agreement, which will nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the sole and entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, and documentation relating to such subject matter.
Liability
By accepting this agreement and its terms and conditions, you agree to release and discharge any other users, developers, employees, contractors, and organizations connected with 369x decentralized platform from any liability to you and to waive any claim for loss or damage by reason of injury to person or property or serious or permanent injury to you, for any cause whatsoever.
